NUVO INTELLIGENCE
Agents drive onboarding, credit, and AR on your policy, keeping work moving while your team stays in control.

Agents follow your defined policies and learns from prior decisions to suggest new ones, applying the rules across applications, portfolio monitoring, and cash application.
Agents stick to the rules you set, log every action, and escalate exceptions, so work moves faster without losing control.
Nuvo Intelligence learns from past decisions and recommends new rules your team can review, approve, and scale.

Agents take on the repeatable work across the lifecycle so the routine tasks stop taking over the day.
Agents look beyond the application and see outside signals like pending legal action before your team reviews.
Turn incomplete applications into review-ready files, automatically.
Agents match payments, track remittance, send follow-ups, and moves collections forward.

Agents move work forward in the mode your team chooses, with control built into every step.
In co-pilot, agents prepare the work and bring your team the call to make. In autopilot, they act inside of your approved limits.
Set the rules, thresholds, and escalation paths for everything from credit approvals, on-going monitoring, and collections.
Nuvo logs what each agent did, why it happened, and where a person stepped in, so you always have a track record.
"Nuvo Intelligence has helped us gain deeper insight into businesses looking to become customers of ours. The Onboarding Agent gives us a quick overview of the company, allowing us to make more informed decisions about who to onboard."

Nuvo Intelligence
Onboarding Agent
Turns applications into cleaner, more complete files by fetching insights, checking inputs, and applying policy as customers onboard.

Monitoring Agent
Watches every account on the network for the signals that move risk — new liens, slowing payments, shifting ownership — and flags the exposure before it grows.

Cash App Agent
Reads remittances in whatever shape they arrive, matches them to open invoices, and posts the cash so the ledger closes itself.

Collections Agent
Works the aging list the way your best collector would: prioritising by recovery, drafting the outreach, escalating only what needs a person.

Nuvo Intelligence is powered by the Trade Graph, Nuvo’s proprietary network of verified businesses, relationships, payment behavior, and risk signals, giving agents a wider view of every customer.

GET STARTED
Nuvo Intelligence is the agentic layer that runs on top of the Nuvo Network. Agents gather the information a decision needs, apply your credit policy, and either make the routine call or hand it to your team with the work already done. They run inside Nuvo as part of our core products, not as a separate tool your team has to learn.
Four agents, each tied to a stage of order-to-cash. The Onboarding Agent turns incomplete applications into review-ready files and can automatically decision applicants based on your credit policy. The Monitoring Agent watches existing accounts for shifts in payment behavior, bank activity, and bureau data. The Cash Application Agent matches payments to invoices. The Collections Agent runs dunning end-to-end and escalates the accounts that need human judgement and expertise.
Only if you decide it should. Agents run in co-pilot mode by default: they do the legwork and bring your team the call to make. Autopilot is available once your policy is encoded, and agents act only inside the limits you've approved, escalating anything that falls outside them.
Every action an agent takes is available in a full audit log history. If an application is declined, for example, you can see which policy rule it failed and what the agent used as evidence.
Yes. When your team overrides or corrects an agent, that correction carries forward and the agent handles the same exception the same way next time. Nuvo also reads patterns in past decisions and proposes rules your team can review and approve, so the policy that lives in a credit manager's head becomes policy the system can apply.
Yes. Agents are opt-in, so you can run Nuvo manually and introduce agents when you're ready. Teams typically start in co-pilot on a single workflow, watch the recommendations against their own judgment, and expand from there.
No. Agents take the repeatable work — chasing documents, pulling reports, matching payments, sending follow-ups — so the same team can carry more accounts. The judgment stays where it belongs: which customers to take on, what terms to set, when to make an exception.
