Nuvo Intelligence
The Cash Application and Collections Agents work across every payment, invoice, and account, automating the routine work and escalating what requires judgement from your team.
Real-time cash application with automatic remittance requesting, invoice matching, and ERP syncing so you can close the books faster.
Automated dunning tuned to your preferences stays on top of overdue invoices so fewer accounts move into the furthest out aging buckets.
Nuvo Intelligence
Nuvo Intelligence brings agents to onboarding, decisioning, and monitoring, so more of order-to-cash can run from the same data and controls.

The AR Suite is made up of three products, all of which are available as standalone offerings as well. First is Wallet for payment method capture and storage. Nuvo can compliantly capture and store verified bank accounts and cards during onboarding, so customers are ready to pay when the first invoice goes out. Next is Pay and Reconcile, which gives your customers a branded payment portal and matches incoming payments to invoices automatically. Last is Collections, which runs agentic dunning on overdue accounts and escalates the ones that need a person.
You don't need to bring your own processor. Nuvo opens a bank account in your company's name to receive customer payments, so the funds are yours the moment they land rather than sitting pooled in a shared account. Your existing banking relationships stay as they are.

Yes. Verified bank accounts and cards are captured during onboarding and stored as tokens. Raw card numbers are never held. Approved methods stay ready for repeat orders and autopay, and you can initiate a debit when your terms allow it, so customers aren't re-entering details on every order.
Yes. Card details are captured and tokenized in a compliant environment, and raw card numbers never touch your systems. It's worth measuring your current process against that bar; card numbers living in a spreadsheet or as CRM notes are all too common in trade, and none of it is compliant.
The Cash Application Agent reads incoming payments and automatically matches them to open invoices in real time, pulling remittance details from your AR inbox, transaction memos and connected portals. When no remittance is found, it also looks at balances in your ERP to see if there is any suggested match based on balance. Matches that meet your confidence threshold are auto-applied, and anything else is surfaced as suggestions with the agent's findings, so your team can confirm.
Payments and remittance can come asynchronously, so the cash application starts working whenever it sees a new transaction or a new remittance advice, and won't stop working until a match is found, even auto-requesting a remittance to your customer via your connected inbox.
The Cash Application Agent asks for it. When a payment can't be matched, Nuvo contacts the customer automatically to request the missing remittance, then reconciles once it comes back, all without anyone on your team getting involved. If anything remains unresolved, the agent escalates the case with full context attached.
Short pays are flagged as they land, with the reason captured rather than guessed at: a tax discrepancy between the purchase order and the final invoice, a disputed line, a credit that never got applied. Reasons are recorded in the customer's own words via the payment portal and then grouped, so you can see whether a short pay is a one-off or a pattern with a particular account.
The Collections Agent follows the schedule you set: which accounts get chased, how often, and in what tone. Follow-ups go out on time without anyone remembering to send them, and accounts that need an actual conversation escalate to your team. The point is fewer invoices drifting into the furthest-out aging buckets.
Nuvo's Collections Agent can automatically set up payment plans based on your policy on payment behavior, customer tier, and past due balances. Or, your team can manually set up a payment plan for a customer and set the payment cadence and amount required to pay down. Once a payment plan is configured, it is sent to your customer to review and sign any attestations and agreements. You can also include auto-pay opt in to collect verified ACH account numbers for auto-debit.
Invoices flow into Nuvo, and payment status, applied cash, and balances flow back, so your ERP reflects what's actually happened rather than what someone had time to key in. Nothing changes about where your invoices are raised.
