From Fortune 100 enterprises to regional distributors, the typical supplier on Nuvo ends up reducing their customer onboarding time by 80-90%, taking the work of getting a new buyer from credit application to first order from weeks to hours, accelerating revenue, and reducing the risk of fraud.
As we've worked with our customers and gotten to know their businesses better, we kept hearing a common recurring theme: after delivering a fast, intuitive onboarding experience to a new buyer, suppliers were handing that same buyer off into accounts receivable, the downstream part of the order-to-cash process. And here, the experience completely changed.
For most physical goods businesses, order-to-cash today is a fragmented mess of disconnected legacy systems.
Invoicing runs out of the ERP. Payments arrive across separate channels: ACH and wires to a bank account, checks to a lockbox, cards through a different processor. Cash application is done by hand with short pays and deductions getting flagged but rarely closed. Collections runs out of an aging report and a calendar reminder. None of it talks to each other, and none of it draws on the customer context that was just established upstream on Nuvo. The finance team is spending most of their time reconciling across systems instead of running them, and the result is slow decisioning, rising DSO, and AR teams that have to scale headcount alongside revenue.
Today, we're launching Nuvo's AR Suite. It picks up where onboarding and credit leave off, bringing the AR lifecycle onto the same platform and into the same customer context. From payment authorization at onboarding through cash in the bank, every part of it is powered by Nuvo Intelligence and brings AI agents to the order-to-cash lifecycle.

The AR Suite is a connected set of capabilities that share data across the AR lifecycle. Each handles a specific part of the work, and each draws on the customer context that's already established upstream through Nuvo's customer onboarding and credit products.
When a new buyer joins, they add and authorize payment methods as part of the same flow that captures their identity, banking, and credit profile. Bank accounts and credit cards are tokenized and stored in a PCI-compliant fashion. Authorization is in place for every payment structure, including credit terms, cash on delivery, and pre-pay, so payments can run automatically from the first invoice. On-time payment rates improve because the payment method is already in place when the invoice is due, and AR teams stop tracking down payment information mid-billing.
Buyers see and pay all open invoices through a portal that looks and feels like the supplier's own. Payment methods on file are ready to use, and customers can settle multiple invoices in a single transaction, with each allocation tied back to the supplier's record in real time. For the supplier, that means fewer phone calls about payment status, fewer one-off reconciliation requests, and a cleaner record of who's paid what.

ACH, wire, credit card, and check payments all land in a single account, powered by Column N.A., a nationally chartered bank that serves as the backbone for some of the best modern financial technology available. The operational mess of reconciling across separate bank feeds, lockbox files, and credit card processors collapses into one ledger that the rest of the AR Suite reads from and acts on.
Nuvo Intelligence reads remittance documents, bank notifications, and customer correspondence in real time, matching incoming payments to invoices automatically, even before the payment has settled in the bank. The work that used to require an analyst opening every remittance email and tying it back to an invoice queue now runs in the background, and AR teams see clean, matched payments by the time they look at their Nuvo dashboard.

Short pays, deductions, and disputes are flagged the moment they appear, then worked through by Nuvo Intelligence directly with the customer until they're closed. The agent looks across inboxes and payments for remittance details and, if none can be found, reaches out to the buyer to gather the missing context and resolve the issue without the supplier having to chase it down themselves.
Most collections workflows start with an aging report exported from the ERP, a point-in-time snapshot that's already outdated by the time someone reviews it. AR teams routinely call customers about payments they've already initiated. Nuvo's agents prioritize outreach in real time, drawing on current payment behavior, risk profile, and account relationships across the broader portfolio. Once prioritized, the agent handles the follow-up directly: drafting and sending dunning communications, escalating where needed, and updating the customer record as the situation evolves. AR teams stay focused on the accounts that genuinely need a human, and routine collections work moves to the background.
The AR Suite syncs bidirectionally with the supplier's ERP, keeping the system of record up to date. Invoices, payment status, customer balances, and exception state all flow back. AR teams don't have to choose between using Nuvo and keeping their ERP current, because the same data lives in both places.
A select handful of Nuvo customers have had early access to the AR Suite, and there are a few consistent patterns we're seeing across them so far:
What these outcomes all have in common is that they are enabled by the combination of Nuvo Intelligence unlocking greater speed, scale, and efficiency, as well as the rich context of the Trade Graph that provides real-time data on the state of credit, risk, and payments. Each piece of the order-to-cash process runs on a shared source of truth, making for smarter, faster decisions.
The AR Suite gives Nuvo an end-to-end order-to-cash platform; Customer Onboarding and Credit Decisioning make up the upstream portion of the lifecycle, and the AR Suite’s payments, cash application, and collections round out the latter half of the process. And all of it runs on the same platform, the same network, and the same set of AI agents.
From here, we're expanding what Nuvo Intelligence can take on inside AR. Discrepancy resolution will move from flagging to fully resolving. Collections will progress from orchestrating emails to customers to communication across multiple channels. Cash application will get sharper as the volume of transactions on the platform grows. And Nuvo Intelligence’s Policy Builder will continue to get more customized to the individual Nuvo customer as it identifies patterns and behaviors across onboarding, credit, and AR.
