The full order-to-cash lifecycle can now be managed on Nuvo.
At any given moment in the US, there's over a trillion dollars that sellers are waiting to collect from the customers they've extended credit to.
It's interest-free financing that flows from suppliers to their buyers, sitting on balance sheets as accounts receivable while it waits to convert into cash. It's also how the businesses that feed people, build cities, and move goods fund every transaction with their customers, and every day a payment is late, the supplier carries the cost. Working capital tightens, the cost of borrowing rises, and otherwise-healthy businesses can find themselves out of runway.
The cycle that turns those receivables into cash is called order-to-cash, and it's been stuck for 20 years.
The legacy systems built for it all start from the same assumption: that a trade relationship is a closed transaction between two parties, isolated from every other relationship in the economy. That premise produces fragmentation at every level. Onboarding lives in one system, credit in another, invoicing in the ERP. Payments come in across separate channels: ACH and wires to one bank account, checks to a lockbox, credit cards through a different processor. Cash application is manual. Collections runs out of spreadsheets and email threads. None of these systems talk to each other, and none of them get smarter as more businesses join.
Over the past few years, we've built the world's largest verified trade network. More than 150,000 verified businesses are on it today, brought on through Nuvo's best-in-class customer onboarding and credit decisioning workflows. As they trade with their suppliers and buyers, the network captures verified identity, payment, and risk data on every counterparty involved.
Today, with the launch of our AR Suite, we're extending that network across the rest of the order-to-cash cycle. Payments, cash application, and collections now run on the same platform, on the same network, powered by the same AI agents that already handle onboarding and credit. The previously disconnected worlds of customer onboarding and order-to-cash now operate as one connected system on a multi-player network.
Three things have to come together for order-to-cash to run as one connected system. Each is only possible on a platform purpose-built for trade.
Order-to-cash is one continuous lifecycle, and every stage depends on context from the others. Credit decisions are sharper when grounded in payment behavior. Cash application is faster when remittance ties back to the same invoice. Collections work when the system already knows which accounts are slipping. On Nuvo, every stage runs on one platform and shares the same data, so each handoff makes the next decision better.

Nuvo's Trade Graph is a live map of how more than 150,000 verified businesses trade with one another.
Trade is multi-player. Every transaction involves at least two businesses, and today both sides duplicate the same work: the buyer fills out a credit application, the seller re-keys it; the seller sends an invoice, the buyer re-enters it; remittance gets lost in translation between two systems of record.
When both sides are on Nuvo, that duplication collapses. The Trade Graph is Nuvo's live map of how more than 150,000 verified businesses trade with each other, including AutoZone, Kodiak Building Partners, Great Dane, and PoolCorp. Because both sides of every transaction live on the network, every business on Nuvo can run its full order-to-cash cycle with every other business on Nuvo, from one shared hub.
The unified platform and The Trade Graph are what make AI useful in order-to-cash. Most agentic AI tools available today are wrappers around general-purpose models with limited context about the business they're operating in.
Nuvo's agents sit on top of the Trade Graph and the workflow data flowing through it, which is what lets them answer the questions that actually drive the work: which accounts to follow up on, at what cadence, with what credit exposure, against what payment history. Each interaction strengthens the data that powers the next one.

Nuvo Intelligence takes a first pass at every credit application and can act on them according to your business's unique credit standards.
Here's how that runs in practice, stage by stage:
The connection between stages is what makes the system more than the sum of its parts: Credit policy informs collections strategy, payment behavior feeds risk monitoring, and every interaction across the network strengthens the data that powers the next one. This is the kind of flywheel only a network-based platform can produce.
The AR Suite completes the lifecycle as of today. Onboarding, credit, payments, cash application, and collections all live on one platform, on one shared network of buyers and suppliers, with one coordinated set of agents working across all of them.

From here, we'll continue to strengthen the agentic capabilities of Nuvo Intelligence across the entire order-to-cash lifecycle, leveraging the Trade Graph and the same shared context about a business that powers everything we've built so far.

The long-term vision is to centralize global trade operations on Nuvo: fifty million businesses on a single platform, a live ledger of every interaction between them, and a full suite of agents that lets the industries that feed people, build cities, and move goods run with the speed and intelligence the physical economy has lacked for decades.
